I.D.O.C / Inmate Services
We are an I.D.O.C approved vendor, offering repair and replacement of electronic items permitted for use in I.D.O.C facilities. Radios, electric razors, portable cassette players, fans, etc.
How does it work?
First, contact us to let us know what you're shipping. We will ask for your name & IDOC ID#, as well as the facility you are located. We also ask that you provide billing information so that we can process your order - this is typically someone else whom we will contact to collect payment via credit card, or you may choose to mail a check issued from your facility, or a certified check/money order.
Next, ship us your equipment. When it arrives, we will evaluate its condition and whether it is repairable or needs to be replaced. At this time, we will contact the person handling your payments to let them know what the status is and to collect payment.
Once the necessary repairs have been made, or when your replacement is ready, we will ship the item back to your facility.
Repair prices vary between each model and depend on the condition it arrives to us in. Unfortunately, we cannot be provide an estimate until we have received your equipment.
You may choose to purchase a refurbished model from us outright, instead of repairing your current model. Our most popular items and there costs are listed below. These prices do not include shipping or sales tax, which will be calculated upon checkout. Due to supply shortages, some models (i.e. rx-fs470) are not always available
